I've been cataloguing my books on LibraryThing for around 2 decades now, and recently I've been playing with Alfa eBook Manager as something on my computer that's. All in all, it's just not a pleasant experience. I hate that it renames my files and moves them. I'm one of those people who really dislike Calibre. There’s a few iPhone apps and web based options I’ve come across in a quick google search.
